It’s hard to request, but if you can secure a mountain-view room then grab it because it’s worth the money. The view is breath-taking and will provide lasting memories for eternity.

The restaurant is spacious, as the patrons never feel to be on top of one another. A gas fireplace is provided in each room for a relaxing evening after a strenuous afternoon of skiing.

Valdoro Mountain Lodge

Valdoro Mountain Lodge is a beautiful facility with a terrific fitness center and two large Jacuzzis, which are encased by a wall that opens to the outside. You’re protected from the outdoor elements, but you will feel a chill from the night’s air.

The lodge is surrounded by a number of hiking trails within a two-mile radius. The staff is very helpful to give information on the different hiking trails and other entertainment options offered in and around downtown Breckenridge.

A shuttle service is provided to the city’s main attractions, so no need for out-of-towners to rent a car. Do spend some time at the luxurious indoor pool, as the kids will spend countless hours in the water while the adults will worship the time alone in the hot tub.

Wedgewood Lodge

The Wedgewood Lodge is the perfect place for a large groups vacationing together to stay, as they offer a loft instead of the standard room occupancy. Each loft is very spacious; the upstairs is large with a full-sized closet and dresser. It also has an in-room laundry machine, which is a great resource in keeping your warm clothes fresh for continual usage.

If the children want to spend some time indoors, then the lodge has a small library and ample amount of board games for entertainment purposes only.
