While visiting the beautiful city of Seattle, make sure you include Pike Place Market, the Seattle Center, and the Seattle Sounders FC in your plans. By staying at either Hotel FIVE, or the Hampton Inn, you can easily access  these attractions and all that the city has to offer.

Pike Place Market is located in the heart of downtown, with stunning views of Elliott Bay, West Seattle and Bainbridge Island. Opened in 1907, it’s one of the oldest operating farmers markets in the United States. While the upper floor of the market hosts produce stands and fishmongers, the lower level is home to several local restaurants and merchants.

The Seattle Center is a 74-acre park located at the base of Queen Anne Hill just north of downtown. It served as the hub of the 1962 Worlds Fair, and today hosts such attractions as the Space Needle, The Experience Music Project, and the Pacific Science Center. The Seattle Center also hosts Bumbershoot, one of the largest Music and Arts Festivals in the United States, held every Labor Day weekend.

The Seattle Sounders FC compete in Major League Soccer and play at Century Link Field just south of downtown. Seattle’s most popular sports franchise, the Sounders average over 36,000 crazed fans per match and have sold out every home match in the clubs three year history, setting every league attendance record. They have won the US Open Cup an unprecedented three straight years and qualified for  the MLS Playoffs in each of their first three seasons. The atmosphere at a Sounders match is a sporting experience unmatched in the United States, and something you should see whether you’re a soccer fan or not.

Hotel FIVE is located in the middle of downtown and is within close walking distance to Pike Place, Seattle Center, and Century Link Field. It features an on-site restaurant, gym, and has free wi-fi. The rooms are spacious and modernly decorated.
