First up on the list: Le Louvre.  Famous for its Mona Lisa, its one of the largest and most extensive museums in the world and will leave you breathless.  One could probably spends months there alone—but to keep you occupied, try the famous Musée D’Orsay.  A former train station, the Musee D’Orsay train station layout is still in tact and is a site to see all its own.  In addition, some of the most well known impressionist works of art are held there, including Monet and Renoir. Finally, if you’re not afraid of seeing the bones of Paris’ past, check out the Catacombs of Paris.  Housed in the Paris’ former stone mines,  this underground ossuary holds the remains of over 6 million people, and is truly a work of art.  One of more unique experiences you could ever have in a museum., you’ll  wander through the tunnels and caverns and see unique patterns of bones arranged- some even placed in the shape of hearts.
